Glad to see an historical reference to the origins of a great phrase that has become so derogatory and disrespectful in this century. Hopefully “We The People” are beginning to discover that loosing the high quality and cultural benefits created by dedicated government servants the standard “good enough for government work” is worthy of our efforts to reclaim, restore, and reform. The service of government workers is the lifeblood of democracy at work for the common good. Love the photo.
